Cake Order

Only accept cake orders with 21 days for design and preparation.

Dessert Corner Order

For Dessert corner order, please check on the availability with us
before placing the order.

Design

Our cakes are individually designed and hand crafted, there might be
slightly differences appeared. 100% copy and paste shall not be guaranteed.

Allergies

Should there be any dietary requirements, advise/ remarks must be
given and to be acknowledged by us before placing the order.
We do not offer gluten free / egg free / alcohol free / nuts free cake since these ingredients are commonly be used in our kitchens.
We cannot guarantee that any of our cakes are completely free
of all traces for people who are having severe allergic reactions.

Non-Edible Items

For cake structural consideration, non edible parts may be applied in figurines.
Kindly advise to enjoy with caution. 
eg. Support dowels in tiered cakes, dummy, wires in sugar flowers, flower tape.

Bad Weather Arrangement

Should there be any adverse weather conditions (e.g. Typhoon Signal 8 or above,
Black Storm Warning issued by the Hong Kong Observatory), transportation services
shall be suspended until the cessation of the above-mentioned warnings. 
It shall not be regarded in breach of its agreement with the order
for such reason beyond our control.


Cancellation & Reschedule

No cancellation or refund will be accepted upon an order confirmation.
Should you need to reschedule the pick-up or delivery date of the order,
please notify us at least 7 days in advance.
